    Your body and mind are an expression of the ecosystem that is created within, and the greatest influences on that inner ecosystem are the things you do every day - your diet, habits & sleep patterns. We look closely at the decisions you’re making each day and how they’re influencing your overall wellbeing.

    The notion that body and mind are separate is vastly outdated. We cannot work with the physical in the absence of working with the energetic. Your mind, thoughts, beliefs, fears and perceptions all influence how your body expresses itself through posture, movement and breath.
