Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is a rehabilitation and training approach that focuses on optimizing movement patterns by activating the body's natural movement strategies, similar to those developed during infancy. It's based on developmental kinesiology, which studies how babies learn to coordinate muscles and develop movement patterns. DNS aims to restore efficient muscle firing patterns and promote pain-free movement by tapping into the body's innate motor control system.
